Two Factor Authentication - Tips for Google Authenticator
Two factor authentication is the method by which, after you enter your username and password, a second password, usually a One Time Password (OTP) is required. This significantly improves the security of your account since OTP’s expire quickly and are not on the same device or modality as the service. There are three normal zero-cost forms of Two Factor Authentication (2FA):
SMS Text to your phone.
Code sent to Email.
Authenticator App such as Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy
